It doesn't contain it in order, though, so it doesn't count. Clever quiz, more difficult than it seemed at first sight. I was stuck for an absurdly long time on Ireland -> Iran, and got St. Vincent -> Chad with only 2 seconds left.

Just when you think every original Geography wordplay game had been created, you get a quiz like this! Loved it.

@all - Not sure how I should deal with the other possible answers. I don't want to just add them because then solving Ireland solves St. Vincent, which is one of the harder puzzlers in here. I just added a disclaimer that there are no repeats.

Aha, never mind, it's an in-order quiz so I've added the other possible answers. @IronFirefly - Not quite, I don't think. st. vINcent anD the grenadInes?

Wow, that was a major stupid moment from me. I must have looked at the country name half a dozen times to make sure "Iran" was not there. I blame it on playing Sporcle at 3:30 am.

Nice quiz! It looks so easy at first but there are a few tricky ones. As regards St Vince, even including the 'in' in SaINt, you still can't get India in order: saINt vincent anD the grenadInes (i.e. it's a-i after the d, not i-a).

st. VIncEnT aNd the grenAdines... where is the M??? lol. It took me absurly long to get past Vietnam for that one. I think the only things that have this quiz under a 4 globe average are 1) I think the explanation is not overly clear (it's hard in 200 characters) and 2) having something like 'dominican republic' and 'papua new guinea' seems a bit lame next to some of the less obvious ones, although I liked that you built up from Nigeria, going from easy to harder is smart.

@Golden - Yeah, I struggled with the explanation for a while. And I admit the straightforward ones are kind of lame, but I think they're working as I intended - to keep people on their toes. Papua New Guinea, for example, is tricking a pretty solid group of people.

I think on the instructions you should put the words "in order" in all caps and surround them with asterisks in the mad hope that it will stop the comments from people who don't seem to get that

doMinicAn repuLIc also contains Mali. Incidentally, Mali is also contained in Maldives, Malaysia, Somalia and Marshall Islands - which, along with Malawi and Democratic Republic of the Congo must make Mali the most "contained" country of the lot!

aaaarghh! Ok, let's make it clear: if someone is going to comment about a country containing something please read this first: IT MUST BE IN ORDER. IN ORDER!! Are you sure it still contains it? IN ORDER? Well! If I see someone else saying that St. Vincent and the G. contains Grenada I think I'm going to throw myself from the window beside me, seriously!
