I think he should, as a bonus if nothing else, because he is right, it does connect with Morocco, Albeit on what is arguably the worlds shortest land border. Add western sahara and gaza as bonuses. I suppose that leaving Morocco as the only answer would be the best solution, as the coastal area of the Western Sahara is controlled by Morocco.
