Or, if by alternates you mean that different combinations that go together should be accepted too, then no, it doesn't work that way. It's kind of like a Sudoku puzzle, everything has to go together in a certain way. ******** djkparry & mehmeh53: Good point that not everything on here is technically Nintendo-- though every game series on here has at least one game (or a port of one of its games) on a Nintendo system. I was building off of classic NES games and their sequels for most of this. Maybe I could note that somehow in the instructions. ******** Gjarble, rmzy & mikepmeyers: Yes, the point was to use members of the sets that weren't very specific. For example: Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, Kintaro, Shang Tsung-- very specific. Raiden, Reptile, Smoke, Scorpion-- not so specific. Both groups fit in the same set, but it's more challenging to have the second group of words that the first group since those words can appear in other contexts too. |
