	@Aaron_Kashtan, the book is about the history of the NBA, so no women. Also, there are quite few ABA guys on the list (those who transitioned over to the NBA). As for non-Americans, there are a few more than two: Nash (Canada), Olajuwon, Sabonis, Nowitzki are who I see just on a quick perusal. Considering that the NBA didn't become much of an international league until the 1990s, you can't expect tons of international players in the Pyramid. Who do you want in there? Manute Bol? Toni Kukoc? Darko Milicic?
