And one more thing: if it had to be answered in order, the two Italian and Russian cities wouldn't be so unnecessary. Oh, and by the way: you did care enough to create a sporcle quiz with a not-quite-default structure, but you didn't care enough to find out that the english name for Warszawa is Warsaw?
