This is the sequel to the U.S. Presidents' Last Names By Length quiz. Thanks again to Sproutcm for the inspiration for this quiz.

Very fun. I'm going to predict that lots of people (like me) are going to miss Jefferson City. Not only is it the only answer that fits for 13 on this quiz, but it's the least correctly-guessed capital on the U.S. Capitals quiz.

YES!! MISSOURI!!!! :D

Wow...I missed the 11 letter answer. Considering I live in the state of one of the two answers....*facepalm*

Interesting stats. I started with multi-word capitals (they're easy to remember once you learn that their states are contiguous), so the 11-letter answers struck me as the hardest.

Thanks Sporcle for publishing my quiz! I hope everyone enjoys it!

Fun quiz! Jefferson City came to me with about five seconds left.

could have used 1 or 2 more minutes, but other than that it was fun! good quiz

Love the blitz format. @meow, if the time were to bumped upward, then the quiz should force you to name the cities in order. I think the 1 minute time limit is just fine.

Let it be known now that anyone who makes a bad pun or makes himself look like an idiot will be pwned by me, unfortunately I couldn't comment before piford...

Score one point for FIFAfan's comment, and one moron sticker for piford. Seriously, it took you that long to figure out U.S. Capitals meant U.S. Capitals??? This site isn't meant for everyone pi.

I don't believe piford is a moron, though I must say I am not sure how you wouldn't figure this out. As for the quiz, I just want to know why I typed in Birmingham? yay for blitz!

Fun quiz. The short time limit makes it tough. Couldn't get a 12 letter one in time. Good stuff!

for once I'm glad I was born in Missouri. As long as it helps on Sporcle, it was worth it.

wow! i got all of them with 1 second to spare. that doesn't happen often.
| chriskotx: | Feb 3rd, 2011 at 02:52 GMT | 3 points |
If the title were: "Blitz: Can you name the U.S. capitals that have each of the following number of letters?" I probably would have known it was a one-minute quiz before the 10 second warning started flashing. :/

Jefferson City is my albatross. And not just in this quiz, either.
