@BombaySapphire: Thanks, it has been accepted. I originally had the hint as 'Reddish grape or a Native American tribe of South Carolina,' but the hint was too long, so I shortened it. However, I did not look up any other tribes of South Carolina. Thanks again.

I've always relied on the crutch of Colombo being acceptable as an alternative for Sri Lanka's capital, but this time it doesn't have the right two letters in it.
