The capital of Nigeria is spelled Abuja. The capital of Albania is spelled (in English) Tirana. And Ankara is not spelled with alternating vowels and consonants.

Bit cheeky including 'y'. Should they not be bonus answers?

Thanks for the input all, I expected a few typos with the rapidity in which I set up the quiz, but I don't know how I missed aNKara. As far as the Y goes, I'm pretty certain it is considered a consonant when it is at the beginning of the word. (http://www.phonicsontheweb.com/y-roles.php)
