| Libby's last name was revealed in a memorial video made for the 2009 Comic-con. They showed a montage of all the major character deaths throughout the season with their names underneath (interestingly, Mr Eko was not given a last name on that video, and Tunde was only the last name shown on a fake passport, so may not be real).
Mrharp is correct in saying that Walt's last name is Lloyd, and Rose also kept her maiden name of Henderson.
