Can you accept UConn and UNC? Also, the listed answers should all be the school's preferred name, such as Pittsburgh, North Carolina State, and Michigan State. While Pitt, etc. should be accepted, they shouldn't be the answer that shows up.
Feb 24th, 2010 at 03:44 GMT
And can you accept St. Joseph's
Feb 24th, 2010 at 03:55 GMT
when i put in pitt, it didn't give me the 2009 answer. Also, I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure I entered Iowa state and Washington state.
Feb 24th, 2010 at 03:57 GMT
Second taking abbreviations (UNC, St Josephs, St Johns, UConn, etc). Also, need to fix Pitt 2009 so it comes up with the others
Feb 24th, 2010 at 04:27 GMT
love the quiz.. just make it consistent
Feb 24th, 2010 at 04:49 GMT
fix everything they said
Feb 24th, 2010 at 05:37 GMT
why does it not accept correct spelling sometime? yes, fix unc, uconn, etc.. also you have PITT and PIITSBURGH. it didnt take my michigan state or oklahoma state
Feb 24th, 2010 at 12:05 GMT
Pitt should count for ALL Pittsburgh entries. St. Joe's or St. Joseph's should count. You allow St for all State schools except Wichita State. Fix those and it would be perfect.
Feb 24th, 2010 at 15:38 GMT
Didn't know that Pitt and Pittsburgh are two seperate schools. Wow, I've been missing something here. Please fix that.
Feb 24th, 2010 at 16:14 GMT
Pitt/sburgh is a problem, as is "St." Joseph's. Also, Texas "AM" is usually accepted on this site.
Feb 24th, 2010 at 16:25 GMT
you need to group these by year in the style section, and i would suggest adding the seed in the extra hint of the data section
Feb 24th, 2010 at 17:27 GMT
Great quiz, but I had a lot of problems getting it to take any school with State at the end of it.

Feb 24th, 2010 at 18:18 GMT
somehow I got pittsburgh but not pitt...
Feb 24th, 2010 at 18:27 GMT
Fixed the Pitt thing and added some accepted answers. First one of these I have put out there.
Feb 24th, 2010 at 21:30 GMT
i didn't run into this problem myself, but i noticed that there are different percentages for USC. means you probably accepted some alternante answer, like "Southern Cal", for one and not the other
Feb 24th, 2010 at 21:58 GMT
somehow i forgot duke
Feb 25th, 2010 at 01:20 GMT
glad to see how many people remember George Mason
Feb 25th, 2010 at 01:39 GMT
good quiz. Loved it. seems everything is fixed.
Feb 25th, 2010 at 03:08 GMT
i loved the quiz but then i saw that my team is not only the least guessed...but easily the least guessed and now im just depressed. P.S. wisconsin-milwaukee is just called "milwaukee" now, just like memphis or cincinnati but its your quiz so do whatever you want
Feb 25th, 2010 at 03:57 GMT
always nice to see my alma mater on a quiz
Feb 25th, 2010 at 14:41 GMT
You should also add a few variants for Texas A&M because spacing issues shouldn't keep out an answer.
Feb 25th, 2010 at 17:17 GMT
Accept SIU for Southern Illinois please
Feb 26th, 2010 at 03:04 GMT
some fairly unknowns on that list
Feb 28th, 2010 at 04:56 GMT
It's a strange day when I'm able to get Wisconsin-Milwaukee but not Ohio State. Sigh...
Mar 2nd, 2010 at 03:58 GMT
F, I missed Duke, only Duke.
Mar 2nd, 2010 at 08:12 GMT
@tdfleischer Don't feel too bad. I missed Kentucky.
Apr 7th, 2010 at 00:32 GMT
This would be infinitely easier to read if you grouped the answers by year instead of just listing them like this.
Oct 29th, 2010 at 21:10 GMT
how do more people guess wisconsin-milwaukee and uab over purdue? purdue's one of the biggest schools in the country?
Nov 3rd, 2010 at 07:11 GMT
you should accept SIUC for southern illinois
Nov 3rd, 2010 at 18:27 GMT
I could have sworn mississippi state went to the sweet sixteen at least once since 2000.
Nov 3rd, 2010 at 19:57 GMT
Not sure how you got an odd number (177)... I think it should be 176.
Nov 3rd, 2010 at 20:09 GMT
It's an odd number because there is actually an extra row that is empty and should be deleted
Nov 3rd, 2010 at 22:10 GMT
I totally forgot the cinderella teams from the past few years, like George Mason and Davidson. But I DID remember Northern Iowa from this past year.
Nov 4th, 2010 at 21:17 GMT
Got all but one. Of course, it never came to mind to try "blank".
Nov 5th, 2010 at 00:59 GMT
Nov 5th, 2010 at 19:00 GMT
All but one? Wow. Great quiz btw, too bad I was only 11 in 2000.

2006: Wichita State, Bradley, and George Mason in the Sweet 16, but no North Carolina or Kansas. Good year.
Mar 11th, 2011 at 04:23 GMT
So who else rooted madly for Butler in last year's tournament and then completely forgot it existed now?
Mar 11th, 2011 at 04:57 GMT
For US college sports, I always think that I've done fairly well for a Canadian (118 this time), then I'm shocked to find that this is only good enough for the 22nd percentile! Goes to show how much America loves college sports!
