This was a very old main page game, under Military Alphabet. Still good though.

Yep. There are two quizzes for military alphabet and one called 'English alpha code words' in the Misc category.

I'm surprised that nobody has called you on this but this is the military alpha. The police alpha is all about names, i.e., Adam, Baker, Charlie, David, Edward, Frank, George, etc. Sorry.
