Usually, dairy, livestock, meat, wool, and fish are not referred to as crops. Maybe "agricultural products" would be a more all-encompassing term, instead of "crops"?

I'd accept 'sugar' for sugar beets. I'm actually surprised it isn't higher - maybe this only measures direct subsidies and not subsidies via tariffs on imports (sugar protectionism is why sugar in the US is much more expensive than it is elsewhere, and partially explains why we get high-fructose corn syrup in everything instead).

@mattat777: I've added beef and pork as acceptable answers for livestock. According to the source, those livestock subsidies only apply to cows and pigs, so I didn't include other animals for livestock. @thedpr: Sugar is now accepted. I originally thought sugar beets were simply a beet crop. Now I know they are cultivated for sugar.
