Road traffic accidents are not diseases, nor is premature birth. Of the remainder most are categories of disease.

"trachea cancer" is NOT the same as lung cancer. "CHD" means "congenital heart disease." I think you mean "CAD." "Stroke" should be accepted for cerebrovascular disease. "Pneumonia" should be accepted for "lower respiratory infection." Neonatal infections are a very wide category.
