Osama Bin Laden isn't a dictator. Also, for Asians like Mao Zedong and Kim il Sung there surname actually comes first, so you need to accept Mao and Kim

Accept Enver Pasha and Mengistu. Tojo wasn't a dictator (cruel, perhaps, but he was more of a chairman for the military clique that dominated the civilian government), and Leopold II was not a dictator in Belgium; you could state he was one in the Congo Free State. Also, Nicholas II was an absolute monarch, which is generally not considered the same as a dictator.

You'll need a source since none of your numbers are true.

You should add Andrew Jackson, though his death toll is probably uncountable due to his victims not being considered human at the time.

I suspect that even Andrew Johnson considered the Cherokees, et al, to be human. Just inferior humans who deserved to be kicked out of their land. Tojo doesn't belong here not only because he wasn't really a dictator, but because a substantial percentage of the people killed by Japan in that period were killed either prior to or subsequent to Tojo's time as prime minister, which was only 1941-1944. Hirohito makes more sense, although he wasn't really a dictator, either.

I didn't even take the quiz... I started it and quit it so that I could see your answers. I really don't need a quiz to remind me who 20th Century world leaders are.
