The number refers to the rank in metro areas in North America - but I can't get a title to display that. Can anyone help?

Yeah, might as well just specify that it's for Canada/USA, as Mexico is considered part of North America. Got them all except the Inland Empire... that's the tricky one on all of the quizzes like this. ;)

Inland Empire is a metro area in Southern California containing Riverside, San Bernardino and others. It's a bit of a quirk that comes up from using metro areas.
