| Actually, most of the stupid ones are from GSC. If you look at it objectively, it added the most completely useless pokemon. All those non-evolving weaklings like Dunsparce, Aipom, Qwilfish, and Unown (some of them finally got evolutions, lots of them didn't.) All those baby pokemon that really didn't do very much except pad the numbers. Easily the worst starters of any generation in terms of fighting ability. And when you only add a hundred pokemon, the percentage of useless early pokemon like Sentret, Hoothoot, Ledyba and Spinarak is higher than it is for other generations. |
