To avoid confusion, I haven't included Aintree (Liverpool) or Musselburgh (Edinburgh)- I've just used the clubs/racecourses with the same names.

Grrr. I misread the title and forgot about Scottish racecourses. Interesting idea though.

Only missed Salisbury as I never guessed they'd have a team as high as the Conference! I'm very surprised that none of Epsom, Kempton or Sandown are in Greater London but on checking it none of them are. Including Aintree would be contentious anyway as it's not actually within the Liverpool local authority area. Musselburgh racecourse used to be called Edinburgh but it's outside the area.

It seems ironic that the one ground which ought to fit - the Racecourse Ground, home to Wrexham FC - doesn't have a race course at it! Good quiz - quite tough!
