I'm not trying to exclude any religions or holidays. Let me know if I missed anything (observed nationwide)

You got Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Hanukkah, but you left out Passover, Shavuot, Succot, Purim, and other lesser Jewish holidays.

Thanks TimeAndTide. I realized there are too many ways I can misinterpret and exclude other religions and I don't want to offend anyone. The only fair thing to do would be exclude all religious holidays from the quiz.

Good quiz. Is Columbus Day a federal holiday? I forget, haha.

Columbus Day became a federal holiday in 1970. Although whether or not and how its observed varies from state to state. For example, some states with large indigenous populations go anti-Columbus and celebrate Native American history instead.

Like the quiz. You should accept "Fat Tuesday" for "Mardi Gras." Also, the winter solstice date should read "Dec 21 or 22."

Could add Sweetest Day or whatever it's called. I think it was today actually. But I enjoyed the quiz

@American, ironic you would suggest boxing day... a holiday only observed by (sometimes) our neighbor to the north and the UK. also, do people actually celebrate the winter solstice? not the summer?

Mardi Gras, St Valentine's Day, and even Halloween are all religious holidays.
