| Let's count the n's in Dominica. 1.....oh, just 1. |

| Wow, apparently my comment field needs to be taken away late at night :) So n's the one with just one hump, then? |

| Shut up, brain! Narnia is not a real country! |
 | moviegoer74: | Jan 7th, 2011 at 16:36 GMT | | 19 points |
| @treehuggn...I had to vote down your first comment because...well it's obvious why. But I voted up your subsequent comment so it all evens out. I appreciate when people return to the scene of erroneous comments and own up to them. And when they do it with a sense of humor, so much the better. |

| My brain ignored the N in the word 'and' the whole time. Also it might be nice to alphabetize it to make it a little easier for us simpletons... |

| As a European, I'm a bit disappointed that six of the seven that I missed were European. Too much Sporcling, I reckon. |

| When in doubt, try to see if "Narnia" is a bonus. :-) |

| Wow, that was tougher than I thought it would be. Excellent! (I'll be sure to revisit this quiz after Newfoundland and Minnesota secede.) |

| I was surprised- I found it difficult initially to think of even one! Great quiz! |

| Is French Guiana a part of France or its own country? |
 | NY_MOB: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 05:10 GMT | | 18 points |
| Sheesh, I missed some answers that included the word "and" even though I thought of them (Trinidad and Tobago), (Antigua and Barbuda), (Sao Tome and Principe). It just didn't register that the "n" in "and" counts. Duh! What a maroon! |

| Shortney87: French Guiana is definitely considered part of France for Sporcle quizzes. To the point that it's acceptable and even appropriate to say that France borders Brazil and Suriname. |

| Did Southern Sudan reject the referendum today? I haven't looked at the news... (yeah, I know Sporcle's waiting for UN confirmation). |

| @caramba: The full results are not expected to be released 'til next month according to the BBC. |

| I was surprised Greenland didn't make the list. It was one of the first ones I thought of. Otherwise very interesting quiz. Need to go study my geography... |
 | coulraphobic123: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 10:15 GMT | | 21 points |
| @The_Snakes...there is only one 'n' in the United States of America. @azuremonkey: Greenland is not a sovereign nation, it's part of Denmark. |
 | tomthecool: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 11:29 GMT | | 3 points |
| I actually thought of "New zealaNd" and "st kitts aNd Nevis", but didn't realise that they had 2 Ns in them! Haha! Oh well, 14/24 isn't too bad. |

| You should specify whether full official names will be used. At the very least, KiNgdom of SpaiN should be a bonus. |

| becuase I take too much of these quizzes, the first country that came into my head was Domincan Republic... |

| I thought I'd done quite well until the answers were revealed and I realised I'd missed the UK...which is where I live.
Brilliant quiz though! |

| Wonderful! I can really appreciate when a geography nerd like me gets stumped on things as obvious as the UK and Argentina. I was so desperate that I really wanted 'French Guiana' to be country just for consolation. |
 | sivi125: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 17:36 GMT | | 21 points |
| when you get solomon islands and antigua and barbuda and you miss argentina...now that's sporclitis. |
 | confused: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 19:35 GMT | | 6 points |
| Given all the "land"s and "stan"s, I thought this would be trivial. But it seems that name length is really more important in coaxing out the n's. Interesting quiz. |
 | adhair: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 20:09 GMT | | 5 points |
| I'll echo the "surprisingly hard" comments, along with "missed the country I live in." |

| I thought that "Russian Federation" might be on the quiz, at least as a bonus. |

| I don't care if Greenland is part of Denmark. It is still a country that has two n's. It should be on this list. |
 | DeathBanana64: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 22:30 GMT | | 2 points |
| i actually typed narnia first! haha! |
 | deuce221: | Jan 16th, 2011 at 22:48 GMT | | 19 points |
| @bluedirt2: Yes, Greenland is spelled with two n's. No, it is not a country. No, it should not be on this list. |
