Also "Cal State - Sacramento" is in Sacramento and "Virginia Commonwealth University" (Which should count since Virginia calls itself a commonwealth rather than a state, at least as a bonus) is in Richmond

I thought I made it pretty clear that "answers do NOT include schools that must include their city in their name." Also, Virginia State is in St. Petersburg, which are close like Tempe and East Lansing but not quite... and I don't know how to make bonus answers. UT is not TX State. metsfan: looking for capitals as the answer here. FSU added.
