	"All 24 answers...": but there are 25 entries?! Also, isn't the UK an island country? Finally, I don't think it is possible to proceed without guessing after 6 clues.

	The link you have for the alphabetical capitals doesn't include Juba, South Sudan. That may cause a problem in determining which row is Africa and which is Asia.

	@thedpr - you shouldn't have to guess to work out any of the answers; but if you tell me where you got stuck, maybe i can give you a hint. As for the UK, I had forgotten about that! Although as London is given to you, I don't think it impedes your ability to complete the quiz! @katdog - I will do a run through eventually; although it's obviously early days right now. As for the Sudan comment, you're right - that would cause a problem. I'll edit that now. Thanks for the comments

	I was referring to the fact that Juba makes it ambiguous which row is Asia and which is Africa. Glad that's cleared up. Ulan Bator should accept alternate spellings. World city populations are very tricky, as sources differ widely. In a logic minefield puzzle such as this, I would not use city population clues like that.

	@NYYanks - Thanks; I'm a bit of a novice with formatting, so any advice is appreciated. @thedpr - Just to address your other comment, there are 24 cities to guess. Once you've got the 24th, you are given the answer to the 25th box to finish. :)

	@thedpr - good suggestions, I'll add in the alternative spelling and consider changing the population clue (it's the only one in the whole quiz!)

	To add to what's been said... it's also technically impossible to continue without guessing after four clues. I assume Zagreb is supposed to be next, but it doesn't say anywhere that more than one row can't represent the same continent, so it could still be in another hypothetical row with Europe. We know it can't have the U or F capital, but it can still have the "H" one (Helsinki). I'll let you know if anything else comes.

	Stuck after nine clues. Not even any vague pointer as to where to go next. "Morocco is in the Northern hemisphere" seems completely irrelevant.

	Nicaragua only borders two countries... there are so many flaws in this quiz.

	LacsiraxAriscal: Ah... well that totally escaped me. BUT, 'island nations' can sometimes mean nations that are a single island, and NOT a group of islands. In fact, I'm pretty sure in skuban's famous quiz that's been referenced here left and right, you have to solve it with that rule. I remember at some point having to go with that Madagascar an Mauritius were island nations, but Sao Tome and Principe, Cape Verde, Comoros, and Seychelles were not, else it's unsolvable. Maybe say "countries with no land borders".

	Hi all, thanks for the comments - I'm editing to correct everything; it's amazing how much you can miss, so thanks for your comments. @zak - the island definition shouldn't trip you up on this quiz - aside from the UK and row 4, there are no ambiguities or tricks with island nations. Your comment about the continents is true though, and I've added in a little note to clear that up. @Lacsirax - Apologies about Nicaragua; I was sure it bordered El Salvador, but on further inspection I was wrong. If there are any more flaws, I'd appreciate you pointing them out. As for Morocco, the clue is "north of the EQUATOR" - look at the answers you've already got and see if you can work it out. Admittedly it might be a bit obscure so tell me what you think. Thanks for the feedback!

	@LacsiraxAriscal The morocco clue refers to the placement of the capital of morocco - it being above the city that's on the equator (and already in place). I'm still stuck after that though, 10 clues in.

	You need several < br > in each hint box (without the spaces). It's the html tag for line breaks.

	I managed to complete it but not without a ton of guesswork. Many clues don't narrow it down to one specific city beginning with a letter so i ended up going through each city in turn whilst the quiz blew up around me. Even after seeing all the clues, i'm sure there's nowhere i could have determined the correct answers without guessing. Also one specific error, D1 says the V city is in row 3 whereas it's actually column 3.

	@lindsey Now you need to determine C5, based on B5's clue and taking into account the clue in A4 and disregarding cities that start with letters that have already been taken, or known to be in the grid somewhere.

	hi - i'm sorry to be format-challenged (as per), but when I put the line break HTML in the hints section is just bumps the B1,B2 etc. down. Essentially I need to make the answer box bigger so that getting the correct answer doesn't screw with the format...how do I do that?

	Thanks for the help Avidgamer but I can't see how to distinguish between Djibouti and Kigali for C5. I haven't yet placed a K anywhere in the puzzle - why is Kigali incorrect? Sorry to belabor the point - I like the concept of the quiz and really want to be able to solve it!

	@juanito90 - Thanks for being so responsive to feedback! The problem with the change you made is now Bangui is a possible answer to C5. I had previously been able to rule that out since I knew Buenos Aires was the capital starting with B, but now that you moved the clue about Chile's neighbor to later in the quiz, it doesn't work. Maybe swap the Chile's neighbor clue for the "Norway? No way!" clue, since that one doesn't come into play until a bit later.

	Kigali couldn't have gone there as you knew there were 3 consecutive letters in b1 - b3 - the only available slots being i-k, but now with the changes, I don't think it works out as you can't rule out the B capital until you've filled in C5 yet you need to rule that out in order to actually fill in C5.
