A few of these aren't sovereign countries - please remove the following:- Cook Islands; Niue; Tahiti; American Samoa.

The last one you have listed isn't even on your source. The only thing it says about Brazil is that there are 650,000 LDS there. Since the population of Brazil is approximately 192 million-200 million, that would mean that only about 0.3% of Brazilians are LDS. So...no.

England, Scotland and Wales aren't sovereign nations either but they are accepted as "countries". Same could be said for Puerto Rico.

If you're going to include non-sovereign territories, the least you can do is indicate it, with perhaps an asterisk after the percentage, and something in the instructions to explain that.

Also, Tahiti is part of French Polynesia, so that should be acceptable.
