| @ M_Frog: as far as I know, Pennsylvania only touches the Delaware River. Its maximum width in front of Pennsylvania is a little more than one mile, but it's still a river. At some point the river widens and becomes the Delaware Bay (part of the Atlantic Ocean) but seemingly this happens between the states of Delaware and New Jersey and not in front of Pennsylvania. Fortunately the topographic maps of all the United States at a scale of 1:250,000 are now available online and all these questions can be solved. |
