Connecticut doesn't have any of them, does it - Connecticut's counties are Fairfield, Litchfield, Hartford, New Haven, Middlesex, New London, Tolland, and Windham.

Thank you both for pointing those things out. I don't know how I missed Connecticut. Kentucky didn't appear to have 5 in the picture, but when Wikipedia-ed, Franklin County was indeed one of the counties. Changes have now been made to reflect that.

Maybe I'm missing something because I'm not American, but I'm surprised that Delaware doesn't have a single county named after those presidents.

Delaware is small and old for an American state. It only has three counties, and they were named in the late 1600s, a century too early to be named for any president.
