	I know that surprised me too ESPECIALLY golden gate, but they researched it so obviously they arent. People really take a lot of pictures at that new Cloud Gate in Millenium Park. I think that will become one of Chicagos most iconic landmarks overtime.

	Fun! Surprised that Orlando isn't on here, especially with Disneyland being the most photographed in LA. I'm pretty sure Disney World in Orlando gets a lot more visitors than the LA park.

	Some serious methodology problems with the source, but that's not your fault. Good idea for a quiz. Surprised Las Vegas isn't higher.

	It certainly would have been more difficult (and in my opinion, more fun) to name the landmark, not the city. Good quiz though!

	Not sure I agree with this source's legitimacy. A lot of serious omissions... St. Louis (Arch), San Antonio (Alamo), Lake Buena Vista (Disney World), Niagara Falls (Niagara Falls), Honolulu...

	@melissa, Koltrane: It's not the most photographed landmarks though, it's the most photographed cities, and there are a lot more things to photograph in LA or Portland than Orlando, and all of those add up.

	@Koltrane- This isn't most photographed landmarks, it's most photographed cities and Pioneer Square happens to be the most photographed landmark of Portland on flickr.

	Agree that this study is markedly skewed by relying solely on Flickr data. In addition to the Gateway arch, Walt Disney World, Waikiki, the Alamo, etc., glaring omissions include the French Quarter (Bourbon St.) of New Orleans, the Beaches of Miami, Atlantic City Boardwalk, Cape Canaveral, GM headquarters in Detroit, etc. It might be more informative to go to Google maps and see how many photos are linked to each major U.S. city.

	The quiz says what it's using (tags on Flickr.com), so there's no real grounds for complaint. What surprised me was that New Orleans didn't make the list. Maybe its rank was different before the levees failed.

	There's no way Orlando/Lake Buena Vista is not on here, I've heard that Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom is the most photographed building in the entire world.

	Also you should see the World's most photographed cities results from the same survey, they dont include any australian african south american asian or eastren european countries. Probably because not as many people who use flickr live there, but I'll buy the USA results because its usage is probably pretty similar across all USA

	actually Austin is in Texas, and I am not surprised about Honolulu, since it is not on the mainland it is harder for tourist to come and see, st. louis isnt much of a destination people go to either, then again either is Portland

	Disney Land is not in LA (not even in the same county - its in Orange). I would expect the Hollywood sign for the LA area. Portland had to be added by a homer at Cornell.

	Disney used to say that 5% of all photos taken in the country were taken at Disney parks, and since WDW has four times the visitors of Disneyland, it would stand to reason that Orlando should be here considering its other attractions also.

	That might not be represented by the source, which uses geotagged flickr photos. Who goes to Disney World? Maybe families with young kids, too young to use Flickr, and with parents too old to know about it? That's my guess anyway.

	People, a lot of you just aren't getting it. It's NOT the most photographed landmarks/whatever - it's the most photographed CITIES. The landmark/object is just the most photographed thing in THAT city.
