Are you counting schools of osteopathic medicine? Places with no MD granting institutions should at least be bonuses, because the osteopathic thing seems at least mildly dubious.

Also - why isn't Raleigh on here? North Carolina has 4 schools - two are in Greenville and Winston-Salem, respectively, which obviously aren't in the Raleigh area. The other two are in Durham and Chapel Hill, which are technically part of the Durham metro area, which is separate from the Raleigh one.

You should take the other cities listed in the name of the metro area, like Ventura.
