What do you think? Did I pick the right landmarks to use in the cities? Was there another city with a landmark more recognizable than the ones I chose?

Really fun quiz. Maybe for Chicago the Willis Tower (Sears Tower) might be more recognizable or maybe that's just me.

great quiz - good mix of iconic with lesser recognizable but still known. The only change I'd suggest would be to number them L to R rather than top to bottom. It took me a bit to figure out why New York City wouldn't work for #2.

This was really fun to do! I might have used Buckingham Fountain for Chicago is all. If you do another one, how about the Louisville Slugger Museum, the Memphis Pyramid, and the Citadel in Charleston, SC. :) Great work!

@godpaul26: pearl harbor is not a city. Also, I agree with bugsnnuts about Chicago landmark. I loved the juxtaposition of #6 and #11. All in all a great quiz; nice mix of easy and tough!

Wonderful job- and like WCRoentgen, I did a double take when I saw 6 and 11 next to one another. Rated a 5 and nominated. I said it in a comment on a different quiz the other day, but I'll say it again- if you ever get the chance to visit #12, do it. (But bring a box of tissues with you.)

Anyone else try Alcatraz (I know, it's not a city) for #9 and Orlando or Anaheim for #13? And I tried Milwaukee for #3 but unaccountably failed to try it for #24.

Really liked it. I agree about Chicago...I would certainly have gotten the Willis Tower. Also for Boston, the golden dome on the State House could be more prevalent. As far as other cities, I think you've got the big ones here. Maybe Baltimore's Inner Harbor? Or the Roberto Clemente Bridge (the yellow one) over the Allegheny in Pittsburgh?

i disagree with what people are saying about Chicago...that is a very recognizable landmark...if youve watched the Where the Hell is Matt video, he dances in front that, not the willis tower

Fun quiz! Agree with geowiz85 about using "The Bean" for Chicago - it's right downtown, unique and recognizable, and helps distinguish this quiz from the skyline geography quizzes.

Great quiz, I probably would have used Fenway Park for Boston, according to another quiz it's the most photographed building in the city.

i loved the quiz. seriously. 2 minor issues though, and i know im being nitpicky here so bear with me: 1. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the numbers left to right. That's how most other sporcle quizzes go. 2. I believe Pearl Harbor is technically outside of Honolulu, not within the city limits. I could be dead wrong, but I do know that Pearl Harbor is about a 20 minutes drive from Waikiki. That would be a pretty large city to take 20 minutes to cross.

I liked the quiz, so please don't take the next part of this comment too negatively. Given that 21 out of 25 cities on this "North American city" quiz are in the U.S., why not make it 25 out of 25 and just make it a straight "U.S. city" quiz? I was a bit frustrated trying to think of what other Mexican or Canadian cities would fit the pictures when I figured that the U.S. quota had to be about filled. Other than that, well-executed quiz. I liked it.

I almost missed the Chicago one and I live there...it's fine though I think you should keep it instead of changing it to the Sears Tower.

Great quiz. A good alternate image for Las Vegas would be the Gold Nugget casino or the "Vegas Vic" neon cowboy.

I don't think you should use this picture OR the Sears Tower for Chicago. There are a lot of other landmarks here--Wrigley Field, Navy Pier, the Picasso statue, to name a few.

to @tessacar and @trivial .. it's on rapid city, south dakota. as someone from chicago, and just someone who took this quiz overall, i think the chicago one is perfectly fine. the quiz shouldn't be so obviously easy, because they it's not really worth it. like for new orleans he could of put the french quarter or something like that, but varrying from extremely obviously to some vague landmarks makes the quiz more interesting

I enjoy that you used landmarks that aren't the first thing that would pop into someone's head. Like for Chicago, most would think Sears Tower (sorry, just hate the new name) but you put Cloudgate(:
