	You forgot USC. Also, I would say it's fair to leave the Thrashers on until the new owners actually move operations to Winnipeg.

	The source doesn't include every sport or every country. For example, Moscow has a lot of football (soccer) teams, and it's not impossible that 4 of them would pay $1m+ a year.
