Hyannis Port isn't a city it is part of Hyannis which is a part of Barnstable

Four minutes is far too little time.
So the preferences seem to be your own state capital, Washington, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Which makes sense if you're a governor, senator, vice-president or president.
