@DumbyTheWizard--Boston's probably not on there due to a lack of a black population (converseley, it's probably the reason smaller cities like Dayton and Newark are).

@HeavenWood--Boston also isn't much in terms of youth bball. More of a baseball/football and even hockey city (probably related to the relatively small black population)
