Oh I was getting too creative and naming less common saints which fit the bill. Oddly enough, there is another saint who also matches the description, "Soldiers and France" both: St.Martin of Tours.

I should have gotten more of these but my mind went blank haha :) I can't believe how many people got "St. Blase" right, I have never heard of her.
