| Hey, y'all ... Joe, the creator of this game speaking here. I'm absolutely NO good at formatting these quizzes. I wanted it to be formatted by language. If you didn't have to scroll up/down/up/down, I would have made the time length much shorter.
Now ... as for 'conversant' and 'fluent,' the message here should be subliminal ... if these are the leaders of our country and they only had command of one language fluently, why the hell are we trying to rule the world? If Bush & Carter have a minute understanding of Spanish, what does that say about Kennedy & Reagan (based on the above)? |
