| One of the things people have to remember about the 90s is that until 1999, Billboard did not chart songs that were never released as singles. So some big hits on the radio that could have easily gone to #1 did not chart until they reached the apex of their popularity, at which point record companies would release the song as a single, it would catapault into the top 10, and then quickly drop back out again. If not for this, Alanis Morissette, the Goo Goo Dolls, the Cardigans, No Doubt, Natalie Imbruglia, and still some others could have been on this quiz. |
