	For whatever reason, it will only recognize "4" if you insert a space after typing "4" ... Not sure why.

	How do you get 4 to be credited as a correct answer? I tried '4', '04', 'I4' and 'four'. None of them worked Also, 86 and 88 are going to be contentious inclusions. There's two segments of 86, West in SE Idaho, East having replaced New York 17, but also extending into Pennsylvania, just east of Erie. Since each number has been used twice, I wouldn't consider them "completely" within one state.

	Are we not counting spur/beltway routes? Because, for example, there's an I-270 that is just in Maryland.

	What about I-238??? You wouldn't find it in mid-America, but it is in the San Francisco Bay Area!!! And it is only 2 miles long!!! Fun Facts: It is the only three digit Interstate without a "parent" Interstate as there is no I-38, nor will there ever be one. It is the only Interstate whose number was directly transferred from an existing state or US highway number. It was previously CA-238. It gives road buffs headaches since it violates the Interstate Highway numbering conventions It was approved by AASHTO, which lends it an air of credibility since I-99, the other extreme violation had its designation written into law instead of being approved by AASHTO. It exists since at the time of its inception there were no other I-x80 numbers available in California.
