	What about Korea, Watergate, and Reconstruction (of the South after Civil War) as worst, and Miracle on Ice, Gettysburg Address, and fall of the Berlin Wall for best? D-Day, Battle of the Bulge, and Battle of Fort McHenry (Key writing the Star Spangled Banner) would be toss-ups though...

	This list is necessarily subjective. I don't necessarily agree with all the previous comments, but the basic point remains--I don't think you can do a quiz like this without generating a lot of disagreement. I wonder why the Kennedy assassination, Lincoln's assassination, Brown v. Board of Education, the New Deal, Yorktown, D-Day, Pearl Harbor, Gettysburg, Gettysburg Address, Katrina, Kent State, Watergate, Reconstruction, and many more aren't on the list...

	I'm liberal and still think this quiz is too biased. Also, you shouldn't accept Cuban Missile Crisis for Bay of Pigs, they're different events. Also, Vietnam goes through the early 70s. I tried all sorts of answers for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and it wouldn't take it. Overall Failsauce.

	The US Constitution was Ratified on June 21, 1788. It was adopted on September 17, 1787. You said 1789, which is when the government started operations, not when the Constitution was ratified. 1789 is the answer to when the Bill of Rights was created.

	The bottom line is that Listverse is a disgracefully horrible site and shouldn't really be used as the basis for a quiz. To be honest, I'd do everyone a favor and delete the quiz before the comments get any more unpleasant.

	First off, this isnt even my list, check out the link. Second, if you make a list, it's going to have some bias. Finally, Obama's election means that as a whole we've made a ton in progress in moving past the racism that filled our country. It's a big deal.
