If you accepted "bien/mal" instead of "bon/mauvais" for French, you should accept "bene/male" instead of "buono/brutto."

Cattivo is closer to bad than brutto, which is generally more "ugly". Also, you accept the formal "Scusi" for Sorry!, but not "Come sta" for How are you?
