When used as a conjunction or as a question, 'when' is usually 'wenn', rather than 'wann', which is more of an interjection. Other than that, sehr gut!

You should remove the "how" bonus (wrong) answer because it's the first word of the "How are you?" question. Other than that, great quiz!
(That's more German than I've used in a week, and I live in Germany!)

Great work, especially on alternates. You may want to consider "Jänner" as an alternate for "Januar", it is in usage in the south of Germany and especially Austria.

@Cryptus You can use "wann" for questions too. Like... Wann sollen wir kommen? ..or.. Wann fängt der Film an? It is true about 'wenn' though so I'll add it in! @bowsntoys Yeah I realized that about the other quizzes I made AFTER I made them haha. Fixed. @Ulkomaalainen I didn't even know about "Jänner"! Nice, added.

"Tschüs" should be accepted for "tschüss."

Very nice. Kudos for accepting "Sonnabend" as well as "Samstag". You might also consider accepting "weshalb" as another synonym for why. (Apropos - the German theme song of Sesame Street goes "Wieso? Weshalb? Warum? Wer nicht fragt, bleibt dumm." meaning "Why? Why? Why? [Using three synonyms] People who don't ask questions, stay dumb." - end of tangent)

@Mayan Oh yeah! I remember my German roommate singing that one time! Hah, thanks for the side-note. And added, of course.

you should offer the "answer" order for "I dont know" and "I dont understand", which would be : "Weiß ich nicht" und "Verstehe ich nicht".

Probably my favorite German expression is 'Ich verstehe Bahnhof', meaning 'I don't understand a thing', but Bahnhof itself means train station.
