This quiz should be edited to include more of the alternate names for positions. Such as "goalie", "goalkeeper", "rightfield", "1st base", etc. Also to be thorough American Football should probably be added and Hockey might be considered.

I agree it's an odd selection of sports, and perhaps include hockey, but the problem with football is that ithas so many damn positions that it would become a quiz in itself just trying to get that

few problems: 1. accept abbreviations, P, C, 1B, etc. 2. get rid of "man" at the end of the baseman and get rid of "er" at the end of outfield. 3. designated hitter isn't technically a position. 4. accept goalie.
