Combination is not too surprising. Most races are lactose-intolerant (Asian, Africans, Latino). Countries who drink the most milk are generally at higher latitudes since they can't get as much Vitamin D from the sun. They get it from milk!

Lolz, so we make top of the list both in coffee and milk :D Well, I'm not into coffee but I do keep up the good work on milk, drinking at least 5 dl per day :D
