I hope you enjoy, I am open to feedback. Too hard? Should there be other people/things here? How's the time?

You're missing "Leon" for Natalie.

That's probably because "Leon" was released in the U.S. as "The Professional."

@jdfulp This was great fun. Much harder than I would have thought, even though I'd seen most of these films. You might want to make two versions, one for actors, and one for directors, so they can be decoupled.

Ms. Aniston seems an incongruous inclusion, but I very much enjoyed this quiz

Incredibles for Pixar

@justfold: A fair question. Duel was a made-for-TV movie. Often those are not included in these quizzes, but either the quiz should state "theatrically released" or Duel should be an extra.

Advertising one of your quizzes on an unrelated quiz (i.e. not a sequel) is no better than spamming comments.

@sportsguyluke: I respectfully disagree. This quiz IS related as it is one of my own. It is not like I am going to other people's quizzes and advertising one of my own. Perhaps Sporcle could add a feature to allow people to link to their own quizzes instead of people like myself using the source in this way.

@Sproutcm: I liked the idea of mixing and matching (largely cause I really liked the Pixar clue) but I am open to making it just actors and actresses. Vote this comment up if you want the quiz changed to only be actors and actress instead of mixed.

Why are Spielberg's early films like "Amblin'" and "Firelight" not included?

@livfred: Firstly, Amblin was a short film, and Firelight was just an amateur project not released theatrically.

Shame that due to contractual conflicts, Spielberg doesn't get his proper directing credit for 'Poltergeist'

Yeah, I'm not sure I like the hyphenated Wall-E in there. Still, it's a good quiz and worthy of a sequel.

'Leon' shouldn't be just a bonus because it was released in the U.S. as The Professional. It's a French film, made by a French director and produced by a French studio. It's actual original title is 'Leon', so it should be a normal answer for Natalie Portman.

Technically, Ocean's 11, 12 and 13 all have only one word in them.

Even ignoring the hyphen, WALL-E is technically not a "word", it's an acronym. It stands for Waste Allocation Load Lifter - Earth Class. (The enormous ones on the space ships were WALL-A, asteroid class).

Splitting hairs a bit, aren't we? FYI, Spielberg also directed the TV movie "Duel" - not sure of the year, 1971 I think.

@JakeA - I would guess that isn't included because 1941 would be spelled out "Nineteen Forty-One," like "Nineteen Eighty-Four" is on many of its covers.

I'm not clear how having a hyphen or being an acronym disqualifies something from being a word. Though I do agree that Leon and 1941 should be in there (at least as bonuses).

In Europe, 'Duel' had a cinema release (I saw it at 'The Biograph' in Wilton Road, London). It was obviously filmed for the big screen as it received a theatrical release in The U.S. in 1983 (According to imdb).

1941 is two words nineteen forty-one and ocean's 11 doesnt count be eleven while a number is still, in fact, a word.
