All criticism is welcome. Let me know if the time is good. I didn't want to have to add all possible answers so I just chose one for each. If you want, I can add some bonus answers for the others, but someone would have to tell me how to do that.

Definitely a fun quiz. I kept thinking of all the others that would fit - there are more one word shows than I thought. Time might be a little long, after I filled in the ones I knew I still had a few minutes to guess the others (not that it helped).

For a bonus answer, you put ee in the third column of your data sheet and put the answer in the second column. You don't have to put anything in the first column, even though I am sure you can. I know there are a lot more than the ones you have. I even can come up with a Q and a hyphenated X

@sobdennis: Thanks for the tip. I know there's a lot more too, but I wanted to make it a bit tougher by asking for a specific one. If you're thinking of X-Files, that's what I thought at first but it's actually "The X-Files." If not then by all means, let me know.

Well, there's a "U" show this year: Poppy Montgomery (2011-). There was also a very short-lived sci-fi comedy series starring Richard Benjamin in 1978 that started with "Q". Ran only 7 episodes.

Could have had Judd Apatow's follow up to Freaks and Geeks for 'U'. And the short lived Andy Richter sitcom for 'Q'

Echoing what some others have said, it's lame to include NCIS and JAG. There is a show now that starts with "U." (And there was last year when the quiz was made: "UnderCovers"). And Urich not Ulrich. And there are some obscure Q shows you could have used (assuming you don't want to count Quincy, M.E. which I would say is closer to being a one word title than NCIS).

Along similar lines about NCIS, he title was formerly "Navy NCIS" and "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service." Not exactly one word.

I don't think an initialization like NCIS and JAG or a hyphenated compound like X-Men and Yu-Gi-Oh counts as a single word.

I call shenanigans on NCIS, JAG, X-Men, and Yu-Gi-Oh (and iCarly is also debatable). If the theme of the quiz is "one word" then it should answers that are obviously one word. What about "Xena" ("Warrior Princess" could be seen as a subtitle).

you need to accept more than one for each or this quiz is just can you name a tv show by actor and year. Lost, fringe, friends, castle, hung, californication, list is long but it would make the quiz way more awesome.

Considering the lack of a letter "U" on this quiz, I guess Poppy Montgomery's new show on CBS this fall is actually... "forgettable".

If you're going to do an A-Z quiz, you really should use all the letters when there are answers that fit every letter as stated by many above.

June Lockhart was on "Lassie" for only 6 of its 17 year run -- 1958-64. So the clue "June Lockhart (1954-1974)" is a bit misleading. Incidentally, according to Wikipedia, "First-run Lassie was televised September 12, 1954 to March 24, 1973." If this is right, then (1954-1974) is a bit off.

@All: this is not the quiz I created. Idk how it got changed but I did originally have Lost, friends, and psych and I avoided cartoons. I also had Ironside instead of iCarly among others that were somehow changed. I also gave the network instead of actors (although I wish I had thought of giving the actors.) I'm sorry some of you didn't like it, but like I said, this isn't my quiz.

I'm partial to the Richard Benjamin Star Wars spoof Quark. Instead of Chewbacca they had Ficus--half-man/half-plant. Does anybody aside from a real devotee of the show think Dave Foley's show had a one word title? Really threw me.
