Carter shouldn't count (or at most be a bonus), his real name was James.

Jimmy is his commonly referred to name. How often do you hear him called James Carter?

Barack Obama is only referred to as Barack Hussein Obama by the right wing who want you to belive that he is not a Christian. If you used middle names in all of the presidents, it would be acceptable. Also, you should use their proper names.
