The phone was invented in 1876.

The telephone was greatly developed in the 20th century. They sure didn't have a cellphone in 1876. It is engineering achievements, not necessarily when it was invented.

Really surprised to not see mass production/assembly lines on here. These techniques of course were pioneered by Henry Ford and other industrialists at the beginning of the century. Also, I think "mechanicization" should be spelled "mechanization" as in the source.

for health technologies, you may want to include "medicine" or "modern medicine" as an answer

And for spacecraft, I suggest accepting alternate answers like "space program" or "space shuttles" or "rockets." Actually, just accepting "space" would probably be the ideal solution.
