How can this be? I'm pretty sure things like facebook and myspace are among the most visited sites in the world (certainly more than things like weatherbug.com). What is the source and meaning of "top" sites

Top what? Visitors, revenue, reviews, personal opinion, etc? Also, if you're going to group in sites by category like Google Sites, etc then you're looking more at online brands than actual sites. What's the source for this?
