For ties, why not just give a line for each pitcher rather than sharing an answer and making us come up with a more obscure 11th pitcher for the team?

That wouldn't make a difference, as by splitting up ties, you would be eliminating other answers. The only time you'd have to put two names in the answer is where there is a tie for 10th place.

I think you've forgotten some key pitchers. How come Bob Feller and Bob Lemon are not on the list for the Indians? Feller had 266 wins, all for Cleveland...

So I would only use two answers in the same slot for tenth place if needed? I'd rather try to be consistent throughout the quiz. Normally however I do not combine like this on a quiz.
