Where did you get your information. Most of these are never mentioned in the books or on Harry Wiki. Also you missed out mahogany which is James Potters wand wood.

The source (that I've already linked to on this quiz) is the additional information about the series that has been released on Pottermore. I've added mahogany as a bonus to alleviate confusion.

As Fleur is not from Britain and her wand's core is Veela hair (not one of Ollivander's three cores), it can be assumed that her wand was not made by Ollivander. I'll add it as a bonus, though.
