	I think you should drop it -- I got 6/7 plus the bonuses and only knew 2 to start. I got the rest first by educated guesses and then just plain guesses.

	As a non-American, I'm a little confused. Can someone explain to me why people would choose to live in a state that is not on this list? For some states, I can see that there would be good reasons, but I can't see why someone would choose to move to North Dakota instead of South Dakota, for example.

	State income tax usually isn't that high (unless you're in New York or California...) - maybe a couple percent in most states. So if you can get even 5% better wages in ND than in SD you're still better off. Plus, as you mention, there are numerous other factors that one would consider.

	@sporcloid- The states will get their money somehow. For example, although Texas doesn't tax your income, they charge you a steeper 'real estate tax' (charging you a percentage of your property for owning land) than most states do. It all kind of works out in the end.
