	Aw man, the only Lincoln speech I could think of the time was the Emancipation Proclamation, I totally blanked out on Gettysburg. Nice quiz nonetheless.

	@Alex951998: The Emancipation Proclamation wasn't a speech, it was a written document. Also, Jefferson's cabinet meetings must have been funky with George Clinton in the house.

	Back in, oh, 1998 or so, I wrote a one page report about Theodore Roosevelt, designed to read like a day in the life but conveying as much information as possible. That is why I'm one of the 4.7% that got Vice President Fairbanks. :) However, I very nearly missed the Declaration of Independence, trying in vain to think of some book published by Thomas Jefferson. Well, you can't win 'em all.

	@njlinc: Under the US Constitution, the Commander-in-Chief is a civilian. Therefore, serving as Commander-in-Chief is not military service. (Which -- sidebar here -- is why Presidents should NOT give or return military salutes [hand to the brow salutes]. Reagan started this, and I wish some President would be brave enough to end it.)
