If you could fit LBJ in here somewhere I'd be very impressed.

@crazylegs How's that?

I am officially very impressed. Way to take up the challenge. I think we might need another minute now though.

one of the more challenging 3-letter ladders. took me a while to figure out a 3-letter president.

Thanks for the turn on the Daily Dose Sporcle.
Just wish it went better for me in the ratings! Perhaps add "(initials)" at the end of each presidents clue? Not sure if that solves anything but it seems people have actually been trying to find 3-letter last names.

needs some work. doesn't say it's a 3 letter ladder. clues for abreviations should indicate that. perhaps storage container, rather than serving container would be a clearer clue.

I have never liked 3-letter word ladders...until this one. I had to jump around a lot and work backwards, which I find more fun. Nice work!

Great ladder, really made me think on some of those clues.

i agree with TAR2 -- you don't drink a jug of milk lol... Fun but very hard!!! i only got 3 :(
Nov 4th, 2011 at 14:29 GMT
@TAR2, Once you get to the second rung, it's fairly evident it's a 3-letter ladder.

Can we have 'Mum' as an option for us Brits? I know it doesn't fit, but just give us Mom if we give Mum. Or perhaps note that it is the American spelling
Nov 4th, 2011 at 16:17 GMT
@TAR2 If you come to the game via the front page, the link says "Three Letter Presidents." But, maybe I'll ask the admins to add a reference to 3 letters in the "Can you name" segment, and possibly suggest some other edits.
@dmeixner, Zossima Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.

@Waterice Man: The thing is, since we in the UK know what Americans call their mothers, we don't really need a different answer over here at all, do we?
Nov 4th, 2011 at 17:57 GMT
Mixed feelings about this at first, but now I'm with dmeixner.

This was fun once I realized that I had to use the presidents initials.

AFK??? God, I must be ancient (47). If IDK is not IDN, why is it AFK and not AFC (unless your are often in NFL chats)? grrrr. Yes, getting the quote word would have helped, but I blanked on that as well. So now I am old AND stupid. (BTW, the title helped me in that I just entered all the 3-letter Prezes I could think of before looking at clues, and worked from there. Others who might be recognizeable from 3-letters, JQA, WHH, USG. A little tougher to ladder with those initials, however....)
