Pippen fell below 500 assists after Jordan's first retirement, and never got back above that number. I guess Kukoc wasn't quite the finisher that MJ was.
Grant Hill had 48 blocks in both 95-96 and 96-97, leaving him just short of having 3 seasons in a row that qualified for this list.
Diaw was an absolute beast in that 05-06 season. Playing in place of Amare Stoudemire, who missed virtually the entire season, he filled the statsheet on a nightly basis, and the Suns almost made the NBA Finals despite playing without a guy that averaged 26 points per game the previous season. Diaw managed to average 6.9 rebounds and 6.2 assists while playing alongside Shawn Marion, who was 3rd in the league in rebounding, and Steve Nash, who led the league in assists. Not bad for a guy who only played 1200 minutes for Atlanta in 04-05 and averaged less than 5 points per game. |
